Society Subscription Policy - Every Day Styler
Welcome to Cult & Society’s subscription service, the vegan hair care product that works seamlessly into your daily routine. By subscribing to our service, you’re securing your spot to receive our luxurious, small-batch, cruelty-free product on a consistent basis.
Subscription Terms & Conditions:
1. Commitment Period:
⚬ All new subscriptions must commit to a minimum of two (2) months of subscription for the Every Day Styler. After this initial period, you can opt to cancel or modify your subscription.
2. Product Delivery:
⚬ Your subscription ensures timely deliveries of Every Day Styler directly to your door every month.
⚬ Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your first order to arrive as we prepare and ship each batch with care. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
⚬ After your initial shipment, all future deliveries will be made monthly. Shipping times will vary depending on your location
3. Subscription Renewal:
⚬ Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis after your initial 2-month commitment.
⚬ You will be charged every month based on the subscription plan you've selected at checkout.
4. Cancellation Policy:
⚬ You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial two-month commitment.
⚬ Cancellation Cutoff Date: To ensure your cancellation takes effect before your next shipment, we require a 14-day notice prior to the next billing date. This ensures we have enough time to adjust our order processing.
⚬ Please note: If you cancel your subscription after the cutoff date, your cancellation will be effective for the following month’s delivery, and you will still receive and be billed for the upcoming shipment.
5. Billing & Payment:
⚬ Your first payment will be processed immediately upon signing up. Subsequent payments will be charged on a monthly basis, on the same day of the month as your initial purchase.
⚬ In the event that a payment is unsuccessful, you will be notified, and your subscription may be temporarily paused until payment is resolved.
6. Changes to Subscription:
⚬ You can adjust your subscription preferences at any time (e.g., delivery frequency or product quantity). However, any changes must be made at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment to take effect.
7. Refunds:
⚬ Due to the nature of our small-batch production, refunds are not available.
8. Limitation of Liability:
⚬ Cult & Society is committed to providing high-quality, vegan, and cruelty-free products. However, in the event that a product causes any allergic reaction or adverse effect, you agree to consult a medical professional and hold Cult & Society harmless from any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of our products.
⚬ Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) and does not cover any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, loss of income, or any other damages that may occur due to the use of our products.
⚬ By subscribing to Cult & Society, you acknowledge and accept these terms, as well as the responsibility for using our products according to the instructions provided.
9. Damaged or Defective Goods:
⚬ If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our customer service team at rob@cultandsociety.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit. We are not responsible for damages occurring during shipping, but we will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
